The front terrace is completely protected by a louvred roof, the slats of which can be raised as required. This means you can either sit in the pleasant shade or enjoy the sun to the full. If you take your drink one level higher, a breathtaking panoramic view awaits you on the roof terrace.
LIVHOLM houseboats can easily be used actively all year round. Excellent insulation and the hard-wearing PE material of the foam-filled floats guarantee a cosy and safe stay at all times. Depending on your requirements, your houseboat can be equipped with many additional options, including solar panels or an on-board sauna.

Alle LIVHOLM Hausboote sind als Sportboote der Kategorie D zugelassen. Sie können bei entsprechender Motorisierung in geschützten Revieren navigiert oder einfach in der Marina liegend als schwimmendes Ferienhaus genutzt werden. Sie sind in der Grundversion komplett mit Pantry, Duschbad, Toilette, Heizung und 230 V Landanschluss ausgestattet. Viele weitere Optionen sind frei konfigurierbar.
